Red Lentils with Sweet Potato and Greens
Another easy recipe, adapted from Erin Baker’s vegan cookery class at her Natural Cookery school in Gloucestershire. It has become one of my stable recipes for batch cooking (it becomes even more delicious when reheated) and for the freezer.
Best Paleo Breakfast Bread
Super easy recipe. Delicious with full fat live Greek yoghurt and/or homemade sugar free apple or apricot compote. Or simply on its own when on the go. Packed with protein and healthy fats.
Green Smoothie and Power Brownies
This is a great combination for a a healthy breakfast or a mid afternoon snack.
The brownies are delicious with a cup of herbal tea or black coffee too.
They make a nutritious snack for the family and friends. The brownies require no baking are easy to make.
Red Cabbage Salad
This a is a staple and much loved salad in our household. It has been adapted from my great-grandmother’s recipe and I love serving it as a starter or when hosting. It also looks very beautiful with its deep purple colour and the contrasting green colour of the herbs.
